Managing Organization

Zarget’s Multiple Account Management (MAM) allows Super Users to manage organizations. Managing organization allows you to do the following:

  • Add organization
  • Edit organization
  • Remove organization
  • Invite and assign users
  • Add and delete domain
  • Upgrade plan

Add Organization

STEP 1 Open Manage Organizations

Go to the agency account to which the organization has to be added.

Click on the agency name at the right top corner and click on the drop down menu and click Manage Organizations.

STEP 2 Add Organization

Manage Organizations page opens. Click Add Organization at the left side.

A popup opens asking for details on the organization to be added under the agency account.

Add the organization name and website and click Add Organization button.

Now the organization will be added to the agency account.

STEP 1 Open Manage Organization

Go to the agency account to which the organization has to be edited.

Click on the agency name at the right top corner and click on the drop down menu and click Manage Organizations.

The organization page opens. Click on Rename link

A pop up named “Edit Organization” appears which allows you to edit the organization name.

Click Save button to save your changes.

Remove Organization

At Zarget, only organizations mapped to an agency account can be deleted. Agency account and independent organization cannot be deleted.

Walk through the below steps to delete the organizations mapped under an agency account.

STEP 1 Open Manage Organizations

Go to the agency account to which the organization has to be removed.

Click on the agency name at the right top corner and click on the drop down menu and click Manage Organizations.

STEP 2 Remove Organization

Select the organization to be deleted from the list of organizations displayed at the left side.

Selected organization page will be opened. Click on Remove Organization link.

A pop up opens asking for your confirmation. Click on Yes, Remove it button.

Now, the organization is removed from the agency account.

You can also remove or delete a user from a particular or all of the organization with the help of the options,

  • Remove - removes/deletes a particular user from a particular organization.
  • Delete all - deletes that particular user from all the organization he is part of.

Upgrade Plan

Follow the below steps to change the billing plan or upgrade your current plan.

STEP 1 Open Manage Organizations

Go to the agency account or organization for which the plan has to be changed.

Click on the agency/organization name at the right top corner and click on the drop down menu and click Manage Organizations.

STEP 2 Change Plan (Upgrade)

For agency: Click Change Plan link and the upgrade page opens. Select the plan that suits you.

For organization: Click Upgrade Now link and the upgrade page opens. Now, purchase a plan that meets your requirement.
